Please read through this agreement (“agreement”) completely before you continue using the Site or place any orders. By proceeding to use the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
The Mad Spinner™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use the Site. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the Site.
ORDERS & SPECIFICATIONS: The Mad Spinner™ reserves the right not to accept orders in part or whole if the quantities, finishes, or prices requested are not suitable. Quantities on clearance items are available while supplies last. Order processing will take place upon Checkout. Payment methods are arranged at Checkout, and their “Terms of Service” will apply.
All Sales Are Final. All items are hand made to order. Items will be the same. No Returns Exchanges or Refunds. No Chargebacks will be allowed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. We do not ship with any additional insurance. If you would like additional insurance it may be requested and purchased. The Mad Spinner™ is not responsible for any additional taxes (VAT or other) that may be imposed by the country your order is being shipped to. By Paying this invoice you agree to all the terms above. We will not ship any order with out full payment. Orders can take up to 2 weeks before shipment.
PRICES: All prices as displayed on our Site are based on “EACH” unit, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Mad Spinner is not liable for errors and/or omissions which may appear anywhere on this Site. By placing an order with The Mad Spinner, you are accepting this possibility and will not hold The Mad Spinner responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors.
COLORS & FINISHES: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or finish will be accurate.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be charges according to your shipping states prevailing tax rate.
SHIPPING & ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: The Mad Spinner™ will make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible, generally within 2-3 business days. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by The Mad Spinner, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order. We are able to ship items within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipments can be made. Surcharges may apply. The Mad Spinner™ is not responsible for any additional taxes (VAT or other) that may be imposed by the country your order is being shipped to.
SHIPPING RATES: Depends on weight of order and ship to locations. Any and All Import Taxes are NOT included in the shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay if any.
RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY: All sales are FINAL with exception to mechanical defects. In the case of a mechanical defect, all returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and any credit due will be determined upon inspection by The Mad Spinner™. Approved returns will be credited; replacement merchandise must be re-ordered. We shall under no circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
DAMAGED/MISSING SHIPMENTS: Please inspect your shipment upon delivery! Any missing items must be reported to The Mad Spinner™ within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Any items not reported missing within this timeframe cannot be refunded. Packing lists are included with each shipment detailing what items should be included in the package(s). Freight-damaged packages should be either refused to the carrier or the damage made aware to the delivery driver. Freight damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery as there is a limited time for freight claims. Please inspect package contents for obvious damage and to insure that contents on the packing list are present.
